Proofing Policy

The proofing process has been put in place to eliminate Simple Wedding Invites and customer errors before the order is printed. All orders must go through the simple proofing process before being printed. Your proof will be emailed to you from orders@simpleweddinginvites.com; please add that email address to your address book to ensure the proof does not go into your junk mail folder.

A sample or proof of your order will be emailed to you 1-2 business days after submitting your order. The proof will come in a PDF file format. If you cannot open the file, you will need to download a free viewing program called Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The word "PROOF" may appear in the background of your proof. This word will not appear on the final printed product.

It is extremely important that the customer carefully checks the spelling, grammar, and layout on the proof. We highly recommend that the customer has 2 or 3 people check the proof to catch all possible errors. Once, you have approved your final proof, the product will be printed as displayed on the proof. Any errors that may still exist become the customer's responsibility.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make minor changes. You can change the typeface, basic design, wording option, or paper. You cannot change the words in the wording option, but can change spelling of the information you provided upon ordering to ensure the product you ordered will be printed error free. Simple Wedding Invites will provide the customer with as many proofs as needed.

To request changes to your proof, simply reply back to the email Simple Wedding Invites sent you with the indicated changes clearly typewritten. If there are no changes, you must reply to the email Simple Wedding Invites sent you with "PROOF OK, NO CHANGES, OK TO PRINT" or similarly worded OK before your product will be printed.
