How long before I get my order?
A sample/proof of your wedding invitation will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Once you approve your proof, your order will generally be shipped in 1-3 business days. That's Fast!
When I looked at the sample/proof you sent me, the word "PROOF" was in the background. Will that be on the wedding invitation?
The word "PROOF" in the background of your sample invitation will not print on the final wedding invitations we send you.
I can't open the sample/proof that you sent me. What am I doing wrong?
The sample/proof that we sent you is in a PDF format. You will need to download a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.
Is the ink on your wedding invitations raised?
Traditionally, all wedding invitations were printed in flat black ink on a fancy paper like the ones this site offers. We do not have the capabilities to print raised ink (thermography) at this time.
How come there is a price difference between black and colored ink?
Color ink has only become semi-affordable in the last 15 years—printing something with just black ink, is still much more inexpensive. Color ink allows for a more unique wedding invitation that can better match your wedding theme, but by choosing black ink, you will get a traditionally classic looking wedding invite at a price you can afford.
Can I change the wording on my invitation during the proofing process?
You may change your wording option during the proofing process. You can also change spelling of the information you provided upon ordering to ensure the product you ordered will be printed error free. We do not allow the changing of the words in the wording option. However, you may send a wording request prior to ordering f you would like a different wording for your wedding invitation. If we decide to put your requested wording on our website, we will send you an email letting you know.
